HAVE MORE FUN

Our goal is "Get A Life" and have more fun for our participants.  It is to the point, but having a balanced life requires focus and intentional planning to GET YOUR LIFE balanced.  50% of our happiness is genetic, 10% situational and 40% based on our intentional activities. This session will help individuals discover how to make and take time weekly for their interests to include recreation and community. 


WHY VOLUNTEER

Over 70% of people say they would volunteer more if they have time.  Many volunteers in professional associations feel out of time at work, so they aren't connected to their volunteer interests. This session will reveal the values of volunteering for the individuals while understanding different commitment levels based on time availability. Once people discover their value and how it helps work-life balance, they will then look forward to time invested in both personal and professional interests.


 

A Playshop resembles a workshop but includes fun, problem-solving, communication and discoveries by the participants. With a bag of Tinker Toys, Stress Balls and string and scissors, we can help your most vital resources, people, have more FUN!  OUR PLAYSHOPS CAN BE DELIVERED ONLINE AND ONLINE LIVE FOR YOUR TEAM!

RENEW THE "I" IN TEAM

There is an "I" in the team, and the individual needs to show up to work "happy" and ready to engage in teamwork. About 7 out of 10 people say they are out of balance, and lack having time for their personal "fit and fun" interests.  Our first step is to help the individual discover how to HAVE MORE FUN away from work, and how to make and time weekly for their stress-reducing interests.

Engagement in the workplace hinges on the Fun Factor.  F.U.N. is a simple concept but requires an intentional process.  A sense of Friendship is required to build authentic Unity and meet the Needs of the individual and organization.  Together Everyone Achieves More requires the connection of the T in TEAM or People.  We achieve this through Fun at Work, or better team communication "verbally" and Fun away from work through an intentional individual commitment to recreation, hobbies, and volunteering. People working better Together with Everyone precedes individual Performance or Achieves More and Productivity.

 

TEAM PLAYSHOPS:  Team workouts provide a balance of presentation and playing with healthy guided discussions. We can help with virtual training too!

TEAM PROBLEM SOLVING 

Taking Time to solve problems is a challenge especially when 70% of people feel out of time. This series of challenges will allow planning to become a priority when it comes to problem-solving. 


DEPARTMENT COLLABORATION

Managers and their team discover the value of working with other teams to pursue common goals.  This exercise will provide truths about our competitive side while releasing participants to work better together.
